1. Appointments and Cancellations
Booking: To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly request that all appointments be made in advance. Walk-in clients are welcome but will be accommodated based on current availability.
Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations occurring within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a fee of 50% of the service price. In the event of a no-show, the full service fee will be charged.
2. Late Arrivals
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you anticipate arriving late, please contact us at your earliest convenience. Arriving late may necessitate a shortened service or require rescheduling, particularly during peak hours.
3. Health and Safety
For your well-being and the safety of others, please inform us of any health issues, allergies, or infections prior to your appointment.
Clients who exhibit signs of illness may be requested to reschedule their appointments to protect the health of our staff and clientele.
Liability Disclaimer: RNJ Ladies Salon cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions or complications resulting from services if pertinent health information was not disclosed at the time of booking or prior to the service being rendered.
4. Service Satisfaction
We encourage clients to express their preferences and expectations clearly, both prior to and during the service. Our skilled technicians are trained to make adjustments that ensure your complete satisfaction.
Should you find yourself dissatisfied with the service, please notify your technician immediately. We are committed to addressing your concerns to the best of our ability before your departure from the salon.
5. Complimentary Adjustments
In the event that you are not fully satisfied with your service, we are pleased to offer complimentary adjustments within 24 hours of the original appointment. Such adjustments will be made at the discretion of management and based on technician availability.
6. Non-Refundable Policy
All services provided by RNJ Ladies Salon are non-refundable. Once a service has been completed, we regret that we cannot issue refunds for any reason, including dissatisfaction with results.
7. Prepaid Services and Packages
Payments made for prepaid services, packages, or gift cards are final and non-refundable. Such payments may, however, be transferred to another individual or utilized for a different service when communicated in advance.
8. Product Purchases
All retail product sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened or used.
9. Right to Refuse Service
RNJ Ladies Salon reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who exhibits excessive dissatisfaction, abusive behavior, or inappropriate conduct toward our staff or fellow clients.
10. Personal Belongings
We cannot assume responsibility for any loss or damage to personal items during your visit. We encourage you to keep your valuables secure.
11. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We are dedicated to safeguarding your personal information. Any details collected (such as name, contact information, and health history) are employed solely for the purpose of appointment scheduling and service provision.
We will not share your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent unless required by law.
12. Liability Limitations
While we take all necessary precautions to ensure a safe experience, RNJ Ladies Salon shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may arise during your visit, except where such liability cannot be legally excluded.
